(9923) 1981 EB24 is an S-type main belt asteroid. It orbits the Sun every 4.71 years.[4] It is associated with the Liberatrix family of asteroids.[5]
Discovered on March 7, 1981, by Schelte Bus at the Siding Spring Observatory, it was given the provisional designation "1981 EB24".[6]
