The 1995 Abierto Mexicano Telcel was a men's tennis tournament held in Mexico City, Mexico. The tournament was part of the ATP World Series of the 1995 ATP Tour. It was played on outdoor clay courts and was held from February 27 through March 5, 1995.[3]
Thomas Muster won his 1st title of the year, and 24th of his career. It was his third win at the event, also winning in 1994 and 1993.
