The 1999 Italian Figure Skating Championships (Italian: Campionati Italiani Assoluti 1999 Pattinaggio Di Figura Su Ghiaccio) were the Italian Figure Skating Championships of the 1998-1999 figure skating season. Skaters competed in the disciplines of men's singles, ladies singles, and ice dancing for the title of national champion of Italy. The results of this competition were used to choose the teams to the 1999 World Figure Skating Championships, the 1999 World Junior Figure Skating Championships, and the 1999 European Figure Skating Championships.
The competition was held in Milan from December 11 through December 13, 1998.
