The 2013 International Ho Chi Minh City Cup (Viet:Giải futsal quốc tế cúp thành phố Hồ Chí minh 2013) is an international futsal competition. It was organized by the VFF. The tournament is set to be a round-robin format with all matches being held at the Phu Tho Sport Center in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam on 19 to 22 November 2013.

This edition will feature the host Vietnam and three invited teams. The three teams that have been invited are Thailand, Brazil and Japan.
