The 2016 Martyr's Memorial C-Division League season is the third-tier club football competition in Nepal. A total of 13 teams competed in the league. 9 teams from the previous season were joined by 3 teams relegated from 2014 Martyr's Memorial B-Division League and 1 team from the 32-team qualifiers.[1] The qualifiers were played at the Sanogaucharan Ground.[2] The league was played at the ANFA Complex at Satdobato, Lalitpur.
