20va Shatabdam (English: 20th century) is a 1990 Telugu action crime thriller film directed by Kodi Ramakrishna and produced by R. V. Vijay Kumar under Sri Sai Ram Creations banner. The film stars Suman, Devaraj and Lizy in the lead roles and Suman Ranganathan in a cameo role. The music was composed by J. V. Raghavulu. The film shows crime in the 20th century. The songs "Ammani Minchi Daivamunnada" and "Naa Prema Nava Parijatam" are chartbusters. The former is one of the best Telugu songs about mother.[1][2][3] The movie is a remake of 1987 Malayalam movie Irupatham Noottandu which was also remade in Kannada as Jackey (1989) starring Ambareesh.[4] Devaraj reprised his role from the Kannada version.
