Aaron Tredway (born February 27, 1976) is the author of Outrageous - Awake to the Unexpected Adventure of Everyday Faith, published by Baker Books.[1][2] He is also an inspirational speaker, motivator and coach. He is a former professional soccer player[3] and co-founder and executive director[4][5] of the Cleveland City Stars, an American professional soccer team based in Cleveland, Ohio, United States. He is also the Founder of TO/WHO the video series and author of the book, To Who: A Competition for Glory, first published in South Africa in 2010[6] and later translated into Portuguese and published in Brazil in 2014.[7] He sits on the executive board of Ambassadors Football International. Tredway is known for speaking at major national and international events and conferences.

Tredway was born on February 27, 1976. His father played baseball but upon attending his first soccer practice at age 5, Tredway told his father he would grow up and become a professional soccer player. Tredway played soccer at California State University, Stanislaus and graduated with a degree in Wellness Management in 1998. Following a 2-week playing tour in Africa with Athletes in Action, Tredway signed a contract to play for the Black Aces of the Zimbabwe Premier Soccer League.
