Acacia graciliformis is a shrub of the genus Acacia and the subgenus Plurinerves. It is native to a small area in the Wheatbelt region of Western Australia.[1]

The shrub typically grows to a height of 1 to 6 metres (3 to 20 ft). It blooms in September and produces yellow flowers.
