Acacia heterochroa is a shrub belonging to the genus Acacia and the subgenus Phyllodineae. It is native to an area along the south coast in the Goldfields-Esperance and Great Southern regions of Western Australia.[1]

The shrub typically grows to a height of 0.3 to 2.0 metres (1 to 7 ft) and produces yellow flowers from April to December.
