Acacia heteroneura is a shrub belonging to the genus Acacia and the subgenus Juliflorae. It is native to an area in the Goldfields, Wheatbelt and Pilbara regions of Western Australia.[1]
The shrub typically grows to a height of 0.5 to 3.5 metres (2 to 11 ft). It blooms from January to December producing yellow flowers.
Four varieties are recognized :
- Acacia heteroneura var. heteroneura
- Acacia heteroneura var. jutsonii
- Acacia heteroneura var. putila
- Acacia heteroneura var. prolixa
