Acacia semicircinalis is a shrub of the genus Acacia and the subgenus Phyllodineae. It is native to a small area in the Wheatbelt region of Western Australia.[1]

The wiry diffuse shrub typically grows to a height of 0.3 to 1.0 metre (1 to 3 ft). It blooms from August to January and produces yellow flowers.
