Agdistis bifurcatus is a moth in the Pterophoridae family. It is known from Cape Verde, the Canary Islands, Morocco, Tunisia, the Selvagens Islands, Spain and Portugal.

The larvae feed on Limonium species, including Limonium ferulaceum.
