Amphicoecia phasmatica is a species of moth of the family Tortricidae found in China's Yunnan province.

The wingspan is 24-28 mm. The ground colour of the forewings is brownish cream, browner in the costal area and sprinkled with brownish and black-brown. The pattern is ill-defined and is brownish, dotted with black-brown, especially along the edges. The hindwings are cream, mixed with brownish.[2]
