André van der Louw (The Hague, 9 August 1933 – Scheveningen, 20 October 2005) was a Labour Party (Netherlands) politician. He served as Mayor of Rotterdam from 1974 to 1981. As a mayor, he was very popular, and accepted the post of Ministers of Health in the short-lived Netherlands cabinet Van Agt-2. After the fall of the cabinet, he served as chairman of the KNVB and the NOS.
