Armada Towers (Arabic: أبراج أرمادا) is a complex of three Towers in Jumeirah Lake Towers ( JLT ) Dubai Multi Commodities Centre Free Zone[2] being built is opposite to the Dubai Marina and next to the Emirates Golf Club in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is a mixed purpose community with both residential, hotel, hospital and commercial units
General
Armada Towers is one of Armada Group[3] projects in the UAE. The construction contract was awarded to CSHK and the total cost of the project estimated to be over AED 1 Billion (USD 300 Million) [4] .[5] The construction began in early 2005 and was completed in 2009.
The Towers was designed by Adnan Saffarini,[6] and becomes one of the most contemporary of all the buildings in the Dubai skyline with a unique concept of three buildings, conceived like the blustering sails of a ship covered with curved glass domes.
Armada Tower 1
Located in Cluster P, plot 1. Armada Tower 1 has 36 floors and stand at 150 m (490 ft). It is a mixed purpose tower with both Residential & Commercial units, Cafe Shop, Laundry, Armada Women Spa & Salon and 24 Hours Carrefour Market
Armada Tower 2
Located in Cluster P, plot 2. Armada Tower 2 is the taller of the three, standing at 167 m (548 ft) with 40 floors.[7] which is mixed commercial building with international companies/organizations running their regional operations such as Aramco Subsidiaries, Armada Group, Armada BlueBay Hotel,[8] Armada Hospital,[9] Saint Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance, in addition to retail outlets like Armada Pharmacy, Mythos Kouzina & Grill (Greek restaurant) [10] and Nola Eatery & Social House (New Orleans Bar).[11]
Armada Tower 3
Located in cluster P, plot 3. Armada Tower 3 has 36 floors and stand at 150 m (490 ft).[12] It is a mixed purpose tower with both residential, and commercial units, gym, cafe shop, hairdresser and healthy food outlet. At the concourse level, there is Zaiyna Laundry & Dry Cleaning, Mantoushe Restaurant and Cavallo Nero Salon.
