Azizah Binti Fadzil (born 14 January 1991) is a Malaysian female weightlifter, competing in the 53 kg category and representing Malaysia at international competitions. She holds the three Malaysian records in Olympic weightlifting in her weight category (snatch 83 kg, clean & jerk 100 kg and total 178 kg).

She won the bronze medal at the 2013 Islamic Solidarity Games. She finished fourth at the 2013 Southeast Asian Games in the women's 53 kg event. She participated at the 2014 Commonwealth Games in the 53 kg event.[1]
