Bùi Đình Dĩnh

Bùi Đình Dĩnh is a Vietnamese diplomat and is the current Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to the Russian Federation from 2007 to 2011.[1]
