Baiomys is the genus of New World pygmy mice. Together with Scotinomys, it forms the tribe Baiomyini. It currently contains two extant species:
- Southern Pygmy Mouse, Baiomys musculus
- Northern Pygmy Mouse, Baiomys taylori
