Judge Bernard Makgabo Ngoepe (born 22 October 1947)[1] is a South African Judge. He obtained a BJur from the University of the North and a LLB degree from Unisa. Ngoepe has previously served as an Acting judge of the Constitutional Court of South Africa.
He is also the Chancellor of the University of South Africa (Unisa)[2]
