Bertha C. Boschulte Middle School is a public middle school located in the community of Bovoni on the island of St. Thomas in the United States Virgin Islands, United States. St. Thomas-St. John School District operates Boschulte.
It was established in 1977, in double session with the Ivanna Eudora Kean High School. The building at the current location was first completed in 1980. The building, however, started to deteriorate, and wooden buildings were added to the school. Unfortunately in 1989, Hurricane Hugo struck and further damaged some of the buildings. The school continued until 1995, when Hurricane Marilyn further destroyed the school. It returned to double sessions at the Ivanna Eudora Kean High School, until construction started on a new building in school year 2002. By 2003, the building was complete.
School uniform
The school requires its students to wear school uniforms.[1]
The school's uniforms were beige brown shirts and maroon bottoms but were changed due to another school's complaints. The current uniforms is yellow blouses and a plaid skirt for girls and yellow shirts and maroon pants for the boys.
