Bhai Jagtap birth name Ashok Arjunrao Jagtap is an Indian politician and member of the Indian National Congress from Mumbai Maharashtra he is a two term Maharashtra Legislative Council(MLC) and a one term Maharashtra Legislative Assembly(MLA). He won the MLC elections held in December 2015.[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9][10][11][12][13][14][15][16]
Political career
Bhai Jagtap started his political career as a trade union leader His Bharatiya Kamgar Karmachari Mahasangh (BKKM) was a success story among trade unions.[17][18] In the year 2001 he joined the Indian National Congress and stood for assembly election in the 2004 which he won from the Khetwadi constituency Mumbai[19]
