Bharat Dangar (Gujarati: ભરત ડાંગર) is an Indian politician belonging to the BJP. He is the president of BJP Vadodara. He is the 56 mayor[1] of the city of Vadodara, the cultural city of the Indian state of Gujarat (from 14 December 2015), and mayor of Vadodara Municipal Corporation, Vadodara the most emerging city in country. [2][3]
Early life and career
He made a prominent position in politics without any political background and family political history. he started his public service as a student leader and became general secretary and vice president of the Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, After pursuing his M.E from M.S. University of Baroda he joined Politics & worked on prominent position at BJP Gujarat and BJP Vadodara City like media cell incharge, IT cell incharge, general secretary and presently President of BJP Vadodara Mahanagar since last 2 terms.[4][5] He had Elected and working as Director of Bank of Baroda since 2015. he also elected as councillor of VMSS [6] in December 2015 and became mayor of Vadodara Mahanagar since 14 December 2015.[7][8][9][10][11] [12]
