Early life

Big Page was born on May 11, 1988 in a West end neighborhood of Toronto, Ontario in Canada. His parents are from Ghana in West Africa. He spent much of his youth on the football field and was later scouted to play for the Boise State Broncos football team of Boise State University in Idaho. After several run-ins with the law, Page followed the advice of his Mother and childhood friend Sean Getti and turned to creating music.

Music career

Big Page released his debut single "Ballin' Is My Hobby" in 2007, which quickly became popular in his hometown of Toronto and in the online community. The video for the remix of the song featuring Mims aired on MuchMusic[1] and was hailed as a hip-hop anthem, earning Page credit in the mainstream market.
