Birendra Narayan Chakraborty (1904 – March 26, 1976) was an Indian politician and second governor of Haryana.[3] He attended Kolkata's Scottish Church College.[4] He joined London University for a BSc in Chemistry in 1926. In 1928 he passed the examination for the Indian Civil Service. He served as governor of Haryana from September 15, 1967 and died in office on March 26, 1976.
