Black River Beach Neighborhood Center
Black River Beach Neighborhood Center or The North Side Beach House is a City of La Crosse public facility located on the north side of the city along the Black River. The building is managed by the city's park and rec. department and the space is usually used for adult fitness classes like yoga, meetings, and its also used as a voting center during elections. There is also a computer lab open to the community.[1]
