Brian Arthur Mikkelsen (born 31 January 1966) is a Danish politician. He is a member of the Conservative People's Party, and has been a member of parliament (Folketinget) since 21 September 1994.
He was the Danish Culture Minister from November 2001 to September 2008, Justice Minister from September 2008 to February 2010 and Minister of Economic and Business Affairs from February 2010 to October 2011.
Brian Mikkelsen has since 2001 been a member of the executive committee of the World Anti-Doping Agency, and he was its vice-president from 2004 to 2006.
