Burkholderia sartisoli is a gram-negative, aerobic catalase and oxidase-positive rod-shaped bacterium from the genus of Burkholderia and the family of Burkholderiaceae which was isolated from polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon contaminated soil in New Zealand.[3][4]
