César Llamas (born 13 July 1985) is a Paraguayan international footballer who plays for 3 de Febrero, as a midfielder.
Career
Born in Ciudad del Este, Llamas has played club football for 3 de Febrero and Rubio Ñu.[1]
He made his international debut for Paraguay in 2012.[1]
