CET Pitesti is a chimney just outside of the city of Piteşti. It stands 280 Meters or 919 feet high, according to a YouTube video. The chimney has 6 floors. the first 5 no longer has a railing and are very deteriorated. According to the YouTube video, a guy climbed strait up the chimney, walked around it, and he even walked across the chimney at the top. The first part of the chimney, which is 0-21M has no ladder but a thick black cable hanging on it. The second part, which is 21-55M has a heavily rusted ladder and no protective cage. The third long part which is 55-275M, the ladder has a protective cage but no place to sit down. The last part, 275-280M(top), once again, the ladder has no protective cage and the last 3 meters, the ladder is not secured to the tower which makes it unstable.
