Carlos Alberto Silva (born August 14, 1939 in Bom Jardim de Minas, Minas Gerais), is a Brazilian football manager, currently football director of Atlético Mineiro.[1]

Graduate in physical education by Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, became famous managing Guarani in its 1978 Brazilian Championship title.

Between 1987 and 1988 he managed the Brazil national football team.
