Carnation Auto is a multi-brand automotive sales and service company headquartered in Noida, India.

History

Carnation Auto was founded by former Managing Director of Maruti Udyog Limited, Mr. Jagdish Khattar in the year 2008.[1] In 2009, Carnation collaborated with DC Design to promote customized mass segment cars in India.[2] In the year 2010, Carnation Auto launches its online marketplace for used cars.[3] On November 7, 2013, Carnation opens India's largest pre-owned car showroom in Noida.[4]

Funding

Carnation Auto has raised funding of Rs.108 crore from PremjiInvest and IFCI ventures.[5] Carnation Auto announced the completion of its 2nd round of Rs. 85 crore from Gaja Capital for expanding Carnation hubs across India.[6]

Products and Services

Carnation auto allow customers to buy, sell and exchange pre-owned cars in India.[7] Carnation also provides car repair and service for all brands of cars (multibrand car repair),[8] as well as car detailing services and products. Carnation also provides Insurance and Renewal Claims services,[9] and 24*7 car breakdown service across India. This service is also known as CARE (Carnation Assistance for Roadside Emergencies).[10]

Other services provided include Workshop on wheels, which is a doorstep car servicing facility.,[11] and Carnation franchisee tie-ups.[12]
