Charles de Courcy Parry
Not to be confused with the 19th-century French dramatist Charles de Courcy
Charles de Courcy Parry CBE (died 19 November 1948) was a British police officer who served as Chief Constable of the Cumberland and Westmorland Constabulary from 1902 to 1927, when he was appointed His Majesty's Inspector of Constabulary for Wales.[1]
Already Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE), he was appointed Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE) in the 1920 civilian war honours.
