Chiaki Minamiyama (南山千明, born October 16, 1986 in Ichikawa) is a Japanese women's international footballer who plays as a midfielder. She is a member of the Japan women's national football team. She was part of the team at the 2010 AFC Women's Asian Cup.^[1] On club level she played for NTV Beleza and INAC Kobe Leonessa in Japan.
