Chicken restaurant
A chicken restaurant is a type of restaurant that focuses upon grilled, roasted, rotisserie or fried chicken dishes as its primary fare. Some chicken restaurants specialize in rotisserie chicken.[1] Many chicken restaurants in Mexico purvey rotisserie chicken.[1] Many fast food chicken restaurants exist in many areas.

Fried chicken restaurant

A fried chicken restaurant is a fast food restaurant, often a chain, that serves (mainly) fried chicken—usually chunks of chicken, battered or breaded and deep-fried—as opposed to other ways of cooking chicken such as broiling or roasting.
