Chicoreus cnissodus, common name the smelly murex, is a species of sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusk in the family Muricidae, the murex snails or rock snails.[1]
Description
The size of an adult shell varies between 50 mm and 100 mm.
Distribution
This species occurs in the Indian Ocean along India and in the Pacific Ocean along Japan and New Caledonia.
