Chiu Kuo-cheng (Chinese: 邱國正; pinyin: Qiū Guózhèng) is a military personnel of the Republic of China (ROC). He is the designated Chief of the General Staff of the Republic of China Armed Forces which will take office since 1 December 2016.

Chiu was appointed to the position of the Chief of the General Staff of the ROC Armed Forces on 24 November 2016 succeeding Yen Teh-fa due to his retirement.[1]

National Defense University

Chiu was the president of National Defense University in Taoyuan County on 1 September 2012 - 31 July 2014.[2]
