Chronic prostatitis

Chronic prostatitis - an ambiguous term that can refer either to the so-called chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome (which constitutes about 90-95% of all chronic prostatitis cases) or to chronic bacterial prostatitis or even, rarely, to asymptomatic inflammatory prostatitis.[1]
