Divisions

In 2002, Circa acquired AOK Custom Metals, a custom metal fabricating operation located in Markham, Ontario, renaming it Circa Metals.[2] In 2004, Circa Metals acquired Scarborough, Ontario based Hydel Enterprises Ltd, a manufacturer of electric and gas meter products, from Electric & Gas Technology Inc.[3] In 2006, Circa consolidated the operations of Hydel and Circa Metals in a new 99,000-square-foot (9,200 m2) manufacturing facility located in Vaughan, Ontario.
