The coat of arms of Ulcinj has the shape of a shield on which are assembled some of the main characteristic of Ulcinj, the stone Castle on the sea shore, the symbol of Sun set on the Castle, olive branches with fruits and antique Liburnian ship with wolf head at the deck returned on the boat.[1][2]

Grb ima oblik štita na kome su figurativno ukomponovani svi simboli karakteristični za grad Ulcinj: stari grad sa kamenima u temeljima na obali mora, simbol sunca postavljen iznad starog Grada, grančica masline sa plodovima, stara ilirska barka sa glavom vuka okrenutoj ka barci, a grb ima zlatni odrub.
