Colourmeinkindness is the second studio album by English rock band Basement.

Production

Recording took place at The Panda Studios in Fremont, California.[4] Sam Pura produced the recordings and also engineered and mixed them.[4] Mastering was handled by T W Walsh.[4]

Release

Prior to the album's release, the band announced on 19 July 2012 that they were going on hiatus.[5] In said announcement, the group revealed that the hiatus was "[d]ue to a number of personal commitments".[5] On 10 September, "Spoiled" was made available for streaming.[6] It was released on 23 October through Run for Cover.[7] In mid-November, the band played their final shows,[6] prior to their 2014 reunion.

Despite the lack of press coverage or live dates to support it, the album has since sold over 25,000 copies worldwide.[11]
