The Competition Commission of Singapore (CCS) is Singapore's competition regulator. It was established on 1 January 2005 as a statutory board under the Ministry of Trade and Industry (Singapore).[1] CCS enforces the Competition Act 2004, and has broad legal powers to investigate and penalize infringing parties.[2]

CCS is presently led by Aubeck Kam Tse Tsuen, who was appointed on 1 January 2015.[3]
