DZAD-TV is a commercial television station owned by ABS-CBN Corporation. Its studios are located at the ABS-CBN Broadcast Center, Tambo, Lipa City. The station can also be seen in some parts of Metro Manila and Dagupan City. Soon, the station's studio and offices would be relocated to (while the area's relay TV 38, under the station's calls DWJA-TV still exists) once the original location at Philam Life Building would be expected to their expiration of the leased agreement between the network and the owners of the said original location, the station's new home was operational on June 15, 2015.
