Danny Vieira da Costa (born 13 July 1993) is a German footballer who plays as a right back in the Bundesliga for Bayer Leverkusen.
Club career
Da Costa made his Leverkusen debut as a second-half substitute in the Europa League game against Atlético Madrid.[1][2][3] On 2 May 2016, da Costa signed a contract with his old team Bayer Leverkusen.[4]
International career
Da Costa has represented Germany at U17 making 11 appearances,[5] U18 making six appearances and currently six appearances at U19 level.
In July 2014 he was asked to switch his international alleigance to Angola.[6]

Personal life
Da Costa is the son of an Angolan father and a Congolese mother, he lives with his family in Leverkusen district Opladen.[8]
