Danyang barley porridge
Danyang barley porridge (Chinese: 丹阳大麦粥; pinyin: Dānyángdàmàizhōu) is a local product of the city of Danyang, Jiangsu Province, China.[1]
[2] [3] Barley porridge has two uses in Chinese medicine: strengthening the spleen and stomach and relieving sunstroke.
