Daphne purpurascens is a shrub, of the family Thymelaeaceae. It is native to China, specifically Xizang.[2]
Description
The shrub is evergreen, and grows from 1.5 to 2.0 meters tall. Its branches grow dense in its pubescent growth stages. It is often found on shrubby slopes at altitudes of 2600 to 3100 meters.[2]
