Darwell
Darwell is an unincorporated community in central Alberta in Lac Ste. Anne County.[1] It is located 10 kilometres (6.2 mi) north of Highway 16, 74 kilometres (46 mi) northwest of Edmonton.
Government
Darwell is home to Oneil Carlier,[2] the Minister of Agriculture and Forestry in the Government of Alberta and member of the Legislative Assembly representing the electoral district of Whitecourt-Ste. Anne. Minister Carlier was first elected to the Legislative Assembly in the 2015 Alberta general election.[2]
