Dirk de Waard

Dirk de Waard (born 5 February 1919)[1] is a Dutch geologist. He was a professor of geology at Syracuse University.[2]

De Waard born in Hilversum.[1] He was elected a correspondent of the Royal Netherlands Academy of Arts and Sciences in 1955.[3]
