Disappearance of Julie Surprenant

Julie Surprenant is a 16-year-old girl who disappared in Terrebonne, Quebec, Canada on 15 November 1999.[1] Her whereabouts remain unknown. Richard Bouillon, the Surprenant family's neighbour, was the prime suspect but was never charged. In 2012, it was revealed that Bouillon had made a deathbed confession to two hospital employees in Laval in 2006, admitting that he had murdered Julie Surprenant.[2] The case remains unsolved to this day.
