Edward "Eddie" Julius Schroeder (January 20, 1911 – December 1, 2005) was an American speed skater who competed in the 1932 Winter Olympics and in the 1936 Winter Olympics.
In 1932 he finished eighth in the 10000 metres event.
Four years later he finished again eighth in the 10000 metres competition at the 1936 Games. He also finished twelfth in the 1500 metres event and 15th in the 5000 metres competition.
