Ekaterina Avramova (Bulgarian: Екатерина Аврамова) (born 12 November 1991 in Sofia) is a Bulgarian-born swimmer competing for Turkey.
She started her professional career in 2007. In 2009 she moved from Bulgaria to live and continue her training in London (UK) as part of Ealing Swimming Club (ESC). Ekaterina competes at the very high level of swimming, she is European Championship Finalist, World Championship Semi-finalist, Double Olympian (London 2012 & Rio 2016). Ekaterina Avramova is the current Turkish National Record holder in all backstroke events both long and short course. She is an athlete of Galatasaray SK.
